QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
A current and valid Driver’s License
At least 1 year of active leasing experience
High energy, creative and loves to sale with ability to provide strategic marketing ideas and plans
Strong communication skills with ability to give presentations over the phone and in person
Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
Strong passion for delivering top-notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention possible
Dependable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends
Proven ability to work toward and meet targets
Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of RealPage software strongly preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION + RESPONSIBILITES:
Before the lease start date review new move-in and renewal files to ensure all required documents have been received.
Verify that required documents match system data and ensure they meet necessary qualifications. (Identification, Income, Rental History, Insurance, and all other required documents)
Ensure that all documents are loaded into OneSite.
Based on review of the files provide final approval for move-in or return the file to the originating team member to obtain the correct required documents.
Deny applications if the documents do not meet the requirements.
Countersign all new move-in and renewal files.
Provide manager with weekly performance updates on team member files to identify areas of opportunity so they can be corrected.
Perform monthly audits of in place lease files to ensure computer records of all tenants are accurate and current. Promptly and accurately maintain all file documents within OneSite.
Perform annual reexaminations of HOC files. Assist participants in completing and signing all papers related to beginning housing assistance, interims, and annual re-certifications, explaining in easily understandable terms to ensure compliance with program rules.

Prepare monthly reports and attend meetings as necessary and required.
